Shiny wood waiting
Smoke rise up as a signal
Delicious bbq inside.
Had a good feeling when I saw a stack of applewood as I pulled into the parking lot.
Menu was pretty big. I shared the garbage can combo. It comes with a bunch of meats which can feed 4.
Blueberry muffin was packed with flavor from the muffin and blueberries. Delicious.
Bbq chicken was tender, juicy, and had a nice smoky aroma.
Tri tip was very tender and quite tasty with a bit of the sweet and tangy sauce.
Hot links were on the spicy side.
Beef was tender and had very good flavor. Much better quality than the ones I pick up at Food 4 Less.
Pork rib was very meaty and had very good smoky flavor.
Baby back ribs were my fav. Very tender and juicy with lots of smoky flavor.
Robin’s is one of my fav LA bbq joints. They dry rub and smoke the meats in applewood giving a delicious smoky flavor. You can order your meal dry or with sauce. I prefer dry with sauce on the side. Service was excellent.
Loved all the cool signs hung on the walls especially the Hires Root Beer one. It was my fav drink when I was a kid. A bit like Barq’s Root Beer but it went down smoother. I took one last look at the weathered smoker before heading home.

Wow! Great pictures! Love how the sun is shining off the top of the smoker. The wall decor is impressive in sheer volume and how you captured so much of it with various lighting. The blueberry muffin looks good enough to eat.
Thanks! Decor and food were awesome! You should go and get a blueberry muffin!
