San Diego Botanic Garden / Part two of three

Tylecodon paniculatus. Butter Tree. This plant can be purchased in the gift shop.

We are surrounded by 4,000 acres to explore, enjoy and relax. Sit back and listen to the waterfall, the birds as the beautiful silence pulls you into nature.

Eastern Cape Giant Cycad. From Zamiaceae, South Africa. This plant can be purchased in the gift shop.
John Dourley Manzanita. This plant can be purchased in the gift shop.
I admire how the shades of green go from bright to dark along the needle. Notice the dots of pink near the needle top.

These flowers are quite large, face downward and kinda look like bells from a distance.

This is one of my favorite shades of green.

Such a vibrant shade of fuchsia!

Love how each frond starts out pointing directly upward towards the sky. Slowly saluting the sun over time.

Drakensberg White Daisy. South Africa.
The sunlight shining upon the Burgundy leaves results in shadows cast within. Colors layering upon each other contrast nicely with surrounding green plants.

Celadine Plumeria. Central America, Mexico.
Peaceful resting spot with the waterfall behind the ferns.

Love how the sun illuminates the leaves.

Hello pink!

Fuchsia, burgundy, green all intertwining in a beautiful dance across the leaves.
