Hope you enjoy our joint post! The below portion is written by Maggie.
Hello again! We went to a fabulous lemonade tasting at SNOICE! Really was just expecting a few different choices. But no, they offered over 13 different combinations and provided helpful cards to make your notes about each flavor. It was so hard to pick a favorite, each one had it’s own tasty qualities. I’m so looking forward to finding out which one’s will end up on the menu.
The desserts offered here are; shaved snow made with real fruit, this shaved snow is super flavorful with delicate snow. Halo-Halo comes with a variety of ingredients, if your not sure what to get I’d recommend the pre-selected original, very yummy. Lastly Boba teas, these are my daughters favorite as she craves the tapioca made boba. Upon each visit I find yet another delicious boba tea.
Owners Dianne & Jayrell continually impress me with their commitment to family, community & desserts. It’s reflective in everything they do and shines over everyone who enters their world.

I first started eating in Paradise Hills at Huffman’s BBQ. Fried to order the crunchy batter filled with southern spices and the juicy chicken was my favorite in town. Huffman’s is gone now but now I’ve been visiting SNOICE. We were invited to sample various flavors of lemonade they are testing.
Rose Lemonade had a fragrant rose flavor and was one of my favorites. A bit like drinking rose tea.
Peach had a nice mix of peach and lemonade flavor.
Passion fruit was too sour and didn’t taste like passion fruit.
Lychee was the only frozen lemonade and I loved the icy cold lychee flavor. This concoction was made with lychee jelly and lemonade.
Green apple did taste like green apple but I think this flavor would have been better as a green apple slushie.
Strawberry hibiscus had too much hibiscus flavor for me.
Peach Mango lemonade had a delicious mix of peach and mango flavor.
Lumpia was crunchy on the outside and full of delicious pork filling.
The Tito Boy Project catered sliders.
Pork belly slider had a mild tasting bun contrasted by the pork belly which had really strong delicious fried pork flavor. Beef slider had the perfect beef to everything else ratio highlighted by the nicely seasoned beef.
Nem raffled off goodies at the end of the night.
I won a cool SNOICE cap. It was an awesome sampling with an incredible variety of flavors of lemonade. Was cool hanging out with the owner Jayrell, Nem, and the friendly staff. Hopefully they will be serving lychee frozen lemonade and rose lemonade soon.
