Back when I first started coming here they went all out for Comic Con. They printed special menu’s for Comic Con and
I met R2D2 out front. Now this place greets me with a waiting list. The employees still dress up. The service is really good.
The guy at the front managing the waiting list brought out Dole Whip for people waiting in line. I loved the icy cold concoction with sweet pineapple flavor. So refreshing on a hot summer day.
I ordered my fav menu item the soy ginger wings. Aroma was a mixture of soy sauce and ginger. I breathe it in before I take a bite. Skin is crispy while the chicken beneath is tender and moist. I love the flavor of chicken wings but the addition of soy and ginger makes these among my favorite wings in town.
Staff was very nice and kept me hydrated with complimentary soda water. I make it a point to visit Werewolf whenever I’m Downtown for Comic Con.

They gave you free dole whip while waiting !! Nice!! I haven’t tried this place as I don’t go downtown often. But your description of the wings had my stomach growling.
