El Tanguis invited Yelpers to try 4 of their taquitos and a drink.
I picked horchata. Nice mix of cinnamon, rice, and milk flavors. Sadly they don’t make it from scratch.
For my taquitos I started with a potato one. Corn tortilla was hard and crunchy while the potato as creamy.
The chicken taquito was filled with mild flavored white meat chicken.
Beef taquito was my favorite filled with a slightly spicy shredded beef that was tender of full of flavor.
Server was friendly and the food came out quickly. I enjoyed all the taquitos I tried. They all had a good filling to tortilla ratio.
I noticed they have a tortilla machine where they make all their own tortillas here.
Thanks to El Tianguis for inviting us to try the menu and Brad for organizing a cool Elite Week event.

The lady at the counter was super nice. I liked the interior decor. My favorite taquito is the California one with beef, potato and cheese.
It’s nice getting a variety of flavors.
