I keeping hearing about shopping on the internet replacing the mall / brick and mortar stores. I buy some things on the internet but I prefer to buy most things in person. My last internet buying experience from Malin and Goetz:
September 16, 2019 FedEx has my shipment.
September 20, 2019 Shipment arrives in San Diego and goes out for delivery. Not delivered due to a problem with the label.
September 23, 2019 On vehicle for delivery. Delivery exception.
September 24, 2019 On vehicle for delivery. Delivery exception.
September 24, 2019 On vehicle for delivery. Delivery exception.
At this point I’m getting a bad feeling and file a complaint on Fedex.com. Supposedly someone will get back to me in 24 hours. Nothing happens.
September 25, 2019 At FedEx facility
I file another complaint on fedex.com. Nothing happens
September 26, 2019. On vehicle for delivery.
Obviously filing a complaint on Fedex.com does nothing. I can’t find a number to call on the Fedex.com. Google indicates the number is 1 (800) 463-3339. I call on the support person says my package is on the truck and will be delivered today.
I email Malin and Goetz about my delivery problem and try to cancel my order. They refuse as FedEx says its on vehicle for deliver.
September 27, 2019. On vehicle for delivery.
I call 1 (800) 463-3339 to complain about my package not being delivered. Support person says my package is on the truck and will be delivered at the end of the day.
At the end of the day no package. I call 1 (800) 463-3339 and was told the package will be delivered tomorrow. I decline and ask to pick up the package at the nearest FedEx facility.
September 28, 2019 I call 1 (800) 463-3339 to see if my package is ready for pickup. They can’t find it and state they will call me when it’s ready. An hour later they call and state the package is at the back of the trailer and I can’t pick it up till Monday.

4 hours later Jerry from FedEx ground calls and states that he has my package and delivers it later that day.
I do most of my shopping in brick and mortar stores as I like to see what I’m buying and take it home after paying for it. Shopping on the internet is too stressful and complicated for me.
Geez your sure had major delivery problems! Glad you finally got your package.
It was alot of work getting my package. Next time I’m going to Ulta.

I had a similar issue with this! Except it told me item was delivered when it actually wasn’t. It was still on truck somewhere and took a few more days to arrive. So bizarre and inaccurate. I’m glad you were able to finally receive the item.
Doh! This happened to me a few years ago. After a week on the truck I was able to pick up the package at their distribution center. 🙁
