Watching the artists painting their Easter scene on the window reminds me of the old days. HoneyBaked ham was my mom’s favorite ham. Delicious mix of flavors from the sweet honey glaze on top to the smoky and savory flavored pork. We had a few over the years on special occasions like Easter. Those were the days. A hunt for Easter eggs and a fancy ham for dinner.
I found I could get my HoneyBaked ham fix without buying a whole ham as they sell ham sandwiches for $7.49.
Classic ham sandwich with Hawaiian roll. Loved the mix of flavors from the sweet and smoky ham, sweet Hawaiian roll, earthy lettuce and tomato. Texture of the ham was tender and silky smooth. None of the chewy parts you find in cheap ham.
On another visit:
Tri-tip sandwich on croissant with lettuce and tomato. Fresh croissant added a buttery flavor. Tri-tip was tender and full of beefy flavor. Great tasting sandwich.
HoneyBaked Ham makes huge sandwiches which make for a large dinner or 2 small meals. I love the ham and the sandiches I’ve tried.
Nice employees made my sandwiches just the way I like them. Love how this place is just like it was back when my mom was around.
