Walking inside my eye is drawn to the walls and ceiling filled with various memorabilia. My favorite is the American flag draped from the ceiling adorned with red, white and blue lanterns.

Double Happiness
Back in the old days the sky was filled with hot air balloon as the sun was setting. We went up once. The pickup spot was a few miles away at the Vons parking lot. It was an amazing adventure drifting among the clouds. We ate at Double Happiness afterwards.
Buckboard’s Barbeque and Brew
There are a bunch of 2 story apartments around here. I remember days of old living in various apartments like these and playing outside watching the cars go by.

Sushiya – Del Mar
I started eating at this mall when Carnitas Snack Shack opened here. They had some great tasting dishes and it was nice seeing Chef Hanis. I was sad when they closed.
