I remember visiting this place when I was going to high school. We could leave school at lunch time. Good place to play pool and eat bar food. It’s dark just like I remember it.
There is still a pool table in the back and a pinball machine as well.
I ordered the wings with dry rub. Skin was crispy and the meat was not dry. I enjoyed the flavor of the dry rub which was a bit like salt and pepper with another spice which gave it a little kick. I asked for it not spicy but it normally has additional ingredients which make it spicy. Good wings.
Server was nice and provided good service.
It’s nice there are still places from the old days. I remember my first taste of freedom. I would hop in a friend’s car and we would just drive. The world was ours.

That’s great this place has been around for so long. They must be doing something right.
You will have to visit. They have beer and pool!
Sounds like a special place still serving great food. Not many places left like this since everything is being replaced by glitzy developer-driven concepts.
Give them a try if you are in the neighborhood Joy! I like the classics.
