Blossom de Cafe has a ton of seating inside and a good amount outside as well.
I was surprised they have a drive through as well.
They have an interesting mix of flavors for smoothies.
I tried the mango pineapple. I liked the texture of the superfine ice. Very tasty mix of mango and pineapple flavor.
Beef bulgogi bowl comes with a tiny corn soup. There are very few soups I like. I didn’t eat my soup here as I’m not a corn fan. Beef bulgogi was tender and had a nice flavor. Rice was moist and I liked the mild flavor. Wish they had a double meat option as the meat to rice ratio was not very good.
Croffle was a waffle made with croissant dough. I picked the brown sugar option. I loved the flavor which was croissant like. Texture was interesting. A cross between a waffle and a croissant.
Next visit I think I’ll try the strawberry bubble with ice cream as I saw some kids get it and it’s huge. Could be a meal in itself. Staff was nice and our food came out quick.

Sounds like an awesome place. I think I would enjoy the consistency of the croffle, as I often find regular waffles to be too dense, and this sounds like it solves that problem. And I think I’d like their drinks, too!
Give them a try next time you are in Poway Joy. The croffle with ice cream is tempting me.
