When I was a kid we drove to Chinatown Los Angeles to buy Chinese bbq and eat dim sum. I noticed Westminster/Garden Grove has the same foods we bought in Chinatown. On the way home from Rolling Hills Estates I stopped at Lien Hoa.
Duck had a delicious flavor from the roasting process and the 5 powder spices used to marinate it. Skin was crispy while the meat was tender and juicy. I loved this roast duck.
Roasted quail was $3 for a small bird. A bit dry but there was a delicious wild game flavor. Hard to eat as the quail was very small andthere was not alot of meat.
Next time I’ll have to try the bbq pork and the roast pork. Service was friendly and speedy.

The parking lot sure is crowded here!
That area is very popular!
When Lien Hoa is on their game; their roast duck is better than anything we have in San Diego. It’s a regular stop when we’re in the OC.
That’s great you go to Lien Hoa too. Do you like their duck better than Nobel Chef?
Bookmarked for the next OC trip!
Let me know how you like it!
