Once a month my co-workers gather for lunch.
This month we picked Charm Thai Kitchen. Located in a strip mall in Rancho Bernardo there is lots of free parking.
Gyoza was crunchy on the outside with a delicious filling of chicken, pork, and cabbage.
Won ton soup hot pot was presented in an impressive manner in a hot pot.
Loved the fresh flavor from the carrots and broccoli. Won tons had a delicious mix of flavors from the broth and the pork and shrimp filling.
Staff was nice and brought our food out promptly. I’d eat here again. Bonus there is a very tasty Edelweiss Bakery a few doors down.

The variety of curries looks promising. Like how the carrots were cut to look like flowers. That’s great you found another place you like.

Looks like a winner. Glad that the RB area is expanding beyond the mega dining chains and restaurants that used to populate the area.
Interesting tidbit. I heard North County Fair is going to be torn down and turned into a Costco. When I was a kid that was one of the fanciest malls in town.
