This is my first visit to this restaurant however not to the building. It sits on the edge of the water boasting an enormous view of the surrounding harbor including downtown & the Coronado bridge.
Upon arriving I was a bit worried as the lobby was filled with people waiting for a table. After a short wait the host appeared and walked us to the table.
Service was prompt and friendly. The food was incredible, I ordered the seared tuna with black garlic and forbidden rice. The tuna just melted in my mouth with layers of spices. My only wish for my dessert, (potted brownie banana split) more peanut butter ice cream and bruleed bananas. Just too much brownie for me.
Although our table was lovely a seat along the window that edges the back of the restaurant would have been fantastic. Parking is hard to find. The lot is fairly large however not enough to accommodate for busy times.
This is an ideal place to celebrate any special occasion or just to spoil yourself. Overall an excellent evening!
