I visited the day before Valentine’s Day hoping I would get to see the ladies dipping strawberries into fresh chocolate. It was not to be. At the front of the store they just had a flower display. I miss the old days when Costco went all out and had the best Valentine’s Day celebration in town. In addition to the chocolate covered strawberries display there were cakes and cookies and all variety of chocolates in addition to flowers.
I found a refrigerated case with chocolate covered strawberries in the back of the store near the bakery.
They were priced at $12.99 for 12 strawberries.
I loved the crunchy sweet chocolate combined with the sweet strawberry flavor of the fresh strawberries.
A pleasant surprise when I was walking through the water area. They have Ramona spring water. I love the light refreshing flavor.
It’s sourced from Palomar Mountain and taste much like water from Palomar Mountain water company which sadly was bought out by Nestle.

The flowers sure are pretty. That’s great you found the Palomar water you like.
That’s good you liked your Costco flowers!
Frazier Farms had a person dipping strawberries for a few days before Valentines. Price not as good as Costco but they were tasty.
Thanks for the tip! I’ll check them out next year.
Sad that the ladies weren’t back this year but happy you found the water you like!
It doesn’t look like the ladies are returning. I’m glad to have seen them.
The water is great!
