Entering the Ironhorse property it looks like a scene from the wild west.
Inside I admired the decor and breathed in the scent of bbq.
I relaxed to the flavor of soda water with a hint of lemon. Refreshing after a long day seeing the sights at Zion National Park. It was lovely there as it had snowed the day before and now the snow was melting. Back to my meal.
Onion rings had a crispy beer batter outside with tender onions inside. Loved the fried onion flavor mixed with the salty beer batter.
French fries were crispy and had a nice fried potato flavor.
Pork ribs were tender and moist except for the part at the end. Loved the black peppercorns used in the dry rub. Nice smoky flavor from being smoked in a hi tech smoker with wood pellets.
Desert was amazing. Vanilla ice cream was creamy and full of sweet vanilla flavor. Graham crackers were fresh and delicious. Marshmallow was sweet and delicious. Better than the Kraft Marshmallows I had when I was a kid. Chocolate cake was extremely rich and I needed a drink after the chocolate overload.
Server was nice and answered all the questions I had. Very good service here.

The pair of iron horses out front are very pretty. Good dinner and draft dark beer.
Glad you enjoyed the Ironhorse too.
Looks like another great place full of character and charm. Glad they are doing well after the apocalypse since these places absolutely survive on visitors passing through the area.
They have the great tasting food and service that will keep me going back if I’m in the area. There was an attached gift shop that had some cool stuff too.
