When in Las Vegas we try to meet up with our Yelp friends Christie and Marc. This visit they brought us to Big B’s Texas Bbq #2. Scent of mesquite is everywhere.
I watch workers with slabs of ribs in front of them. Nice kitchen manager informs me they import their mesquite from Plano Texas. Meats are smoked for 22 hours in their smoker.

Nice visit! I enjoyed my sweet tea and sliders with sides.
That’s good you enjoyed Big B’s too!
Very nice! Off-strip is the way to go when dining in Vegas.
I like the plentiful free parking as well as the food. 🙂
