My first visit was in 2020. Tim Ho Wan is attached to the Palms casino and you enter through the casino.
The downside is you get the smoky air from the casino. It’s not too bad in the dining room but I wouldn’t sit by the windows again.

Their cha siu boa is my favorite! Yes less smoke would be nice. Maybe the casino will have a separate smoking area eventually.
It would be awesome if they put in real windows and a ventilation system which sucks the smoke away.
If you haven’t already, y ou must try the lava custard sesame ball (D6 on the menu). I’ve been to a Tim Ho Wan just to get them. I haven’t been to this location, but Irvine is the closest to SD.
Thanks for the tip Sandy! I have visited the Irvine location. It’s my favorite so far. 🙂
On my list to try next time I am in Vegas (or Orange County for that matter).
The Orange County location is my favorite. No nasty smoke and a bigger menu.
