Today marks the much anticipated event of a total solar eclipse traveling across North America.
The eclipse path includes; Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine and Canada.
If you’re not lucky enough to be in the path of totality, don’t fret as there are still spectacular views.
I watched from my front patio (with my handy special glasses) and on NASA’S live website. Both afforded awe inspiring views.
Since I live in California we were not in the path of totality. So the total eclipse pictures are from NASA’s live broadcast. The partial eclipse pictures are from my front patio.
To find future eclipses in other parts of the world. There won’t be another total solar eclipse over the United States until 2044.
That’s great you documented your eclipse watching!
Yes, it was quite spectacular.
