I was walking through the UTC food court and noticed a new restaurant open. Win Wings appears to have a location in Montclair, CA. I gave them a try.
The humans don’t talk to you and order at a machine on the counter. I order 10 wings with 5 plain and 5 with honey bbq sauce.
Wings had crunchy skin while the inside was moist. The plain wings were mild with a slightly salty flavor. Ok.
The honey bbq wings had a nice sweet bbq flavor. Good. The wings remind me of Wingstop. They are good as long as you find a sauce you like. I wouldn’t order them plain as they are ordinary that way.
I feel they went too far with the cost cutting as in addition to getting rid of the cashier they didn’t provide any napkins. Eating wings with sauce is messy.

It’s rare places don’t provide napkins. I am seeing more places where they don’t want you to order with a human.
