Planning our trip to Kings Canyon National Park I was on the lookout for Fresno ice cream shops and I found Ampersand Ice Cream.
Nice modern looking shop and you can see the ice cream making machinery when you enter.
I picked 3 pints to go.
Strawberry was icy with tons of strawberry flavor from the strawberry bits.
Vanilla was rich and creamy with a bold vanilla flavor. One of the strongest vanilla flavored ice creams I’ve come across.
Spring flowers had a sweet creamy base with little pieces of flowers giving this treat a fresh floral flavor.
Ampersand Ice Cream is constantly rotating their flavors so you never know what you will find here. I loved the flavors I tried. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the ice cream.
