I remember when they built this building and it housed California Pizza Kitchen. Now Tous les Jours is here. I tried a some items.
Croissant had a thin crunchy outer layer while inside was buttery goodness. One of my favorite croissants in town.
Blueberry muffin was fluffy and had a sweet blueberry flavor. Pretty good.
Baguette had a crunchy outer layer. Flavor was mild. Tasted great with some ham.
Green tea cream cake was fluffy, moist, and sweet with a tasty green tea flavor.
Cloud cake was fluffy, moist, and had a mix of sweet cake and fruit flavors. Loved the strawberry slice and other pieces of fruit. This is my favorite treat here.
Tous les Jours has a wide selection of bakery items and is one of my favorite bakeries in town. Employees were nice and efficient.

There’s a Tous Le Jours inside the Balboa HMart. Their selection seems pretty slim compared to this location. Hard to believe that SD now has so many Asian chain bakeries now!
Thanks! I have visited that location a bunch of times. I just never wrote about it. It’s interesting times as Asian bakeries and fried chicken places are opening all over town yet classic places like Perry’s Cafe, Captain Keno’s, and Tip Top Meats are closing. I’m bummed places like Red Lobster and Black Angus appear to be on their last legs.
