I visited this spot a few times when it was Charlie’s Best Bread. It was ok. Now it’s Kendall’s Kitchen.

Chocolate chip oatmeal cookie was interesting. I love oatmeal cookies with raisins. The oatmeal cookie part was really good. The chocolate chips were plentiful and made this cookie very sweet. Good cookie but I prefer a traditional oatmeal cookie.

Challah bread had a fresh baked aroma and was very soft. I liked the egg flavor. Very good bread. Maybe a bit better than Charlie’s. Very pricey at $18 when Ralphs has it for under $10.
Staff was very nice. I guess if Kendall’s Kitchen had the best tasting bread in town I’d be willing to pay $18 but it’s not.

That’s unfortunate the bread is so expensive.
$18 is above my bread budget.
