Smack’n Guamanian Grill

This month our team lunch was at Smack’n Guamanian Grill.

I tried the lumpia and the fried chicken.

Lumpia had thin crunchy layers and marinated pork filling.

Loved the flavors.

Fried chicken had a crunchy batter and tender chicken.  Flavor reminded me of the fried chicken I’ve had at Chinese restaurants.  My favorite dish here so far.

Out of root beer.

Server was very nice and brought out my order promptly.

  1. Everything looks yummy.

    1. You should give them a try.

  2. Used to visit all the time; but recently, the food just didn’t seem up to par. Though I’m more into the traditional Chamorro dishes.

    1. What has changed since the old days?

  3. First off, the prices have gone up like $5 in the last year. The chebot chicken was tough and dry; the kelaguen was bland and very coarsely chopped, the finadene seemed watered down, te red rice was mushy.

    1. Doh! Sounds like they got a new cook…
