A Chau

I’ve seen A Chau a bunch of times on my way to Minh Ky.

I stopped in and bought $10 worth of fried chicken wings and a leg quarter.

Fried chicken wings were warm from the warming tray.  Skin was crunchy.  Chicken was tender and the salt and pepper seasoning gave the wings a delicious flavor.  Very good wings.  I think they would be awesome if you could get them fresh out of the fryer.

Leg quarter looked like it was cooked on a rotisserie.  A tiny bit was burnt.  The rest was nice and tender.  From the color it looked like it was heavily marinated but the flavor was light.  I’d prefer it was marinated longer.  Costco chicken has alot more flavor.

I’d return for the delicious fried chicken wings but I wouldn’t get the leg quarter again.  Kirk of mmm-yoso!!! has visited lots of times.  Very hard to find parking if you get here after 1030am.
