L 55

UTC keeps getting new shops.  I visited the latest taco shop L 55.  The space near Din Tai Fung is lovely.

I asked the cashier about the tacos and was told I could order them ala carte for under $6.  I ordered 3.

The tacos all came on a flour tortilla which was soft with a fresh mild flavor.

Carne asada was tender and I loved the flavor of the beef and what was used to marinade the beef.

Birrea was tender and juicy.  Beef was bursting with flavor from the marinade.

Carnitas was tender, juicy and had a delicious smoky pork flavor.

Complimentary water had a nice combination of lemon and lime juice flavor.

Horchata was sweet with good amount of cinnamon flavor.  Very good.

The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable.  My order came out quickly and I loved the tacos.
