Our meal started with popovers.
Crispy outer layer and delicate insides a bit like a croissant. Loved the light buttery flavor. I found out you can order them to go 2 for $5. Good deal for such a delicious snack.
I also ordered a burger and made it a double for an extra $12 with bacon an extra $3. I liked the flavored of the lightly buttered and toasted bun.
Beef had a nice char which gave the beef a smoky flavor. Sadly the beef was a bit dry and was well done rather than the medium I had ordered. Bacon was crunchy with a tasty smoked flavor. Lettuce and tomato were fresh and crisp. Would be very tasty with a bit less cooking.
Service was excellent from the friendly staff. We loved our Valentine’s Day celebration at Neiman Marcus Cafe.

My salmon tacos were delicious. They do have a nice view of the trees outside.
You can also see a tiny bit of the mountains.
