The Flower Fields

One of my favorite places to visit in the spring is The Flower Fields in Carlsbad. It includes beautiful ranunculus flowers, a butterly habitat, an orchid nursery, pointsetta nursery, stained glass/metal artworks, dove and finch habitat, various food stands, a play area for kids, a tractor ride for those farther to reach fields and a sweet pea maze.

Each year I take over 100 photographs. I just never tire of the endless color varieties within each flower. At this point I could probably wallpaper my entire home with my flower photographs alone.
