This month’s team lunch was at Heritage Bbq. I was interested in trying Heritage Bbq as the Orange County restaurant was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2023. Chef/Owner Daniel Castillo was inspired by Central Texas Bbq and is using California white oak to smoke his meats.

Natural Style Chicken has an interesting menu. In addition to chicken they also have some Japanese and Korean dishes.
Coop’s West Texas BBQ
Scent of mesquite smoke fills the air. I watch smoke pouring out of the smoker. Reminds me of some great bbq joints I visited in North Carolina. Set the smoke free.
