Santa Maria Historical Museum
11/12/2016 Although this museum is small in size it makes up for it in sheer volume of information kept about this impressive tiny town. I’ve included what stood out to me historically and people that you are simply better off for knowing about their life and accomplishments.
Point Mugu State Park Malibu, CA
The name is believed to be derived from the Chumash Indian term “Muwu”, meaning “beach”, which was first mentioned by Cabrillo in his journals in 1542.
Rancho Guadalupe Dunes Preserve
This preserve is part of the Guadalupe-Nipomo Dunes. Home to a unique dunes ecosystem as well as many endangered and threatened species of plants and animals, including the Western Snowy Plover and the California Least Turn endangered birds. Also recognized as a National Natural Landmark.
Two Guys Pizza Guadalupe, CA

Spruce Street Suspension Bridge San Diego, CA
Walking along the sidewalk after parking the car, we approach a heavily wooded area. As I become closer the lines of the bridge start peeking through the trees. The sidewalk leads you to Kate Sessions Canyon unfolding below Spruce Street Bridge.
