San Diego County Fair

This year we visted the fair on opening day. We parked at Torrey Pines High School and took the free bus. The wait was only a few minutes. It was pretty quiet at the fair with no line to get in at 11:30am.

Navajo Spirit Tours

Will Cowboy led us on a journey into Monument Valley. Maggie booked a sunset tour and we set off at 4:30pm. His Suburban performed well on the bumpy unpaved roads and trails.

Goulding’s Stagecoach Restaurant

I was excited to see Indian fry bread on the menu. I had something a bit like it at the county fair. Funnel cakes have a flavor that has similarities.

Papalo Kitchen

Pacific Beach Ice Cream Co.
