I was looking for places to eat while visiting Monument Valley. Not too many choices in the area. Goulding’s Stagecoach Restaurant looked interesting. I was excited to see Indian fry bread on the menu. I had something a bit like it at the county fair. Funnel cakes have a flavor that has similarities.

Best Friends Animal Sanctuary
5001 Angel Canyon Road, Kanab, Utah 84741 This place is pure heaven on earth for the wide variety of rescued animals here. Upon my arrival, I spotted several people taking the pigs out for a walk. So cute!

I love going on road trips. You never know what interesting places you will come across. I found Big Al’s Burgers at The Junction on the way to Monument Valley from Zion. They don’t have any classic burger joints like this where I live.

Arrowhead Country Inn & Cabins
Maggie picked the Arrowhead Country Inn & Cabins as it was close to Zion National Park there are no city lights to obstruct your view of the stars and you can look at all the farm animals.
