Mabel’s BBQ

We were staying at the Palms and Maggie noticed there was a bbq run by celebrity chef Michael Symon here.  Mabel’s features Cleveland style bbq.  I love bbq so we made plans to visit.

LouZiana Food

Mardi Gras is French for “Fat Tuesday”, reflecting the practice of the last night of eating rich, fatty foods before the ritual fasting of the Lenten season. Wikipedia  LouZiana Food is where I went for my early Mardi Gras celebration.
