Kinchana
I visited this place in years past when you could get Jamaican food. It was ok. Now you can get burgers and it’s called Kinchana.

San Diego Taproom
In the old days when I ate in Pacific Beach it was usually at Tony Roma’s or Bare Back Grill. Tony Roma’s has been gone for years and now there are lots more choices.

Craft House Sky Deck
This is my first time at Craft House and I decided to try the $23 burger. This will be the most expensive burger I’ve eaten. The other thing that interested me was the $34 steak and fries. I was scared off by the price as my fav steak and fry place only charges $14 and I didn’t think the steak and fries here would be 3 times as good.

STP Bar-N-Grill
I remember the STP commercials when I was a kid. I was intrigued when I saw STP on my way to get comic books. Seems STP makes burgers and bbq. I made a note to stop by and try this place.

The Balboa Bar & Grill
When a world ends, there’s always something left over. A story, perhaps, or a vision, or a hope. The Sandman – Neil Gaiman I remember the first time I stepped from the light into the darkness. Scent of beer and burgers was in the air. The Balboa would become my favorite place in town to get a burger.

Shake Shack – UTC
I wake up each day to emails showing me the newest and shiniest things I need to buy. Shake Shack sent me an email about their holiday shakes:

Farmer Boys – Yelp Elite Week 2018
I drove by Farmer Boys on the way to the buffet at Valley View Casino many times. As the years went by open space, farms, and houses disappeared mall rose up. As Valley View grew more popular the buffet line got to long for me and I stopped going. I don’t see any more farms in Escondido but Farmer Boys is still here. I visited for Yelp Elite Week.

Shake Shack – UTC
My first Shack Burger was at the World Trade Center Shake Shack. It was tender, juicy, and full of beef and bacon flavor. One of the best burger’s I’ve had for under $10. I was excited to see Shake Shack open across the street.
